Job Description
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up reviews, providing guidance to managers, and maintaining records.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Prepare and maintain reports related to employee data, such as headcount, turnover, and leave records.
Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
