Job Description
- Organizing the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD. This may involve drafting and responding to emails, taking messages, and filtering communication.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Planning and booking travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintaining and organizing documents, files, and records, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access and retrieval of information.
- Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Acting as a liaison between the MD and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
- Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by the MD, which may involve research, coordination, and follow-up.
