Monitoring the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to the plans and specifications.
Ensuring the materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
Enforcing safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site.
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, such as delays, unexpected obstacles, or design changes.
Keeping detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any issues that arise, and reporting these to senior management.
Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget by managing resources efficiently.
Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and any issues that may affect the project.
