Job Description

• Monitoring the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to the plans and specifications.

• Ensuring the materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.

• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.

• Enforcing safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site.

• Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, such as delays, unexpected obstacles, or design changes.

• Keeping detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any issues that arise, and reporting these to senior management.

• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget by managing resources efficiently.

• Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and any issues that may affect the project.
