Job Description
Schedule shift knowledge of production planning & quality control principles
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance & minimum delay
Experience in Manufacturing resource planning
Coordinate with all the depatment heads and supervisor for weekly and monthly production planning and targets for timely delievery of the orders
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
Address and resolve issues that may arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions, supply chain disruptions, or staffing problems.
