Job Description
Organizing the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD. This may involve drafting and responding to emails, taking messages, and filtering communication.
Arranging and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Planning and booking travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Maintaining and organizing documents, files, and records, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access and retrieval of information.
Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports or presentations.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Acting as a liaison between the MD and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by the MD, which may involve research, coordination, and follow-up.
